Mission Statement
Cowart Sports Events (CSE) strives to provide game officials with ongoing training, development, and opportunities to hone their craft. Our mission is multi-pronged allowing officials to improve from their current level and achieve their goals in officiating.
CSE currently has two main initiatives. We aim to recruit new officials in an effort to lower the average age of our officials. We also focus on recruiting and developing female officials to increase the number of females involved in a predominantly female sport.
